Czy tę frazę można przetłumaczyć jako: "jeśli powód przed wykonaniem wyroku nie złoży zabezpieczenia w tej samej wysokości" ? Bo zastanawiam się, czy to ma w ogóle sens - czy to znaczy, że powód też może złożyć zabezpieczenie (kaucję)?? Czy tłumaczenie jest złe?
