French term or phrase: base de cellulose de pin micronisée
A gel soap for use in workshops is described as "sur base de cellulose de pin micronisée".

According to GDT, micronisée is "microsized". I've also found "usine de cellulose de pin" to be "pulp mill", but does that mean I can just use "pulp"?

agree  William TAHIL: Micronisation is a heat treatment process, breaks down cellulose - evidently then used in vegetable soap production.
