I've found only 3 Google hits. The Italian meaning is not clear to me at all. Unfortunately I have to send the translation back in 1 hour!

"contemplation wine" is more common. it is a wine you drink at the end of the meal (a dinner, mostly), while chatting and smoking and dreaming and relaxing... in this case it is food - I guess it is a bit of an overstatement ;-)
