Ich würde zuerst schreiben: Zwischen den Unterzeichneten...wurde Folgendes vereinbart" und danach die unter "après avoir rappelé" stehenden Punkte unter dem Oberbegriff Präambel nennen. Falls es natürlich nur ein Minivertrag zwischen zwei Privatleute ist, wäre Präambel etwas überzogen
