Me aparece varias veces en los escritos de un procedimiento penal:
Escrito de alegaciones: "Que evacuando el traslado, esta parte viene a impugnar el recurso de reforma en atención a las siguientes ALEGACIONES:
ÚNICO.- Entiende esta parte que..."
Auto judicial: "En (...), a .... HECHOS:
ÚNICO.- Por el procurador...
RAZONAMIENTOS JURÍDICOS:
ÚNICO.- El recurso de reforma interpuesto..."
Supongo que no es una pregunta muy "técnica", que digamos, pero todo lo que se me ocurre me suena mal...

"Único" tiene relación con los diferentes apartados de los "hechos probados" (festgestellter Sachverhalt, resolución penal) o los "antecedentes de hecho" (Tatbestand, resolución civil), también con los fundamentos de derecho (Rechtsgrundlagen). Si sólo existe un único punto, se redacta "único", elidiendo el sustantivo "punto". Si son varios los puntos o apartados, estos se van enumerando en su forma ordinal, también sin mencionar el sustantivo, por norma general.
En cualquier resolución judicial civil o penal podrás encontrar ejemplos de ello.

neutral  Katja Schoone: lass das mal lieber, denn das Wort "Einzigstens" gibt es im Deutschen nicht, das bildest du ja wie einen Superlativ und es gib eben nur einzig und nicht einziger od. einzigsten, genausowenig wie es "öftestens" gibt. Trotzdem, frohes Fest für dich ;-)

  -> Für dich auch! Ich dachte "einzigstens" nicht als Superlativ, sondern als Ordinale. Allerdings wäre "Erstens und Letztens" ein guter Einfall.
