One of the key challenges facing the City is to facilitate film activities without compromising the city's unique natural, cultural and historic heritage. A list of locations that are used frequently for filming and are potentially sensitive from an environmental, cultural and/or historical perspective, is included in Annex D. This list aims to be as comprehensive as possible, but determinations of sensitivity will only be able to be made finally in the scrutiny phase of a film permit application.
