agree  Narcis Lozano Drago: Correct, only that the original was wrong, is "Kamitomi".// Leochan may be right. In my dictionary for toponyms (日外) appears as Kamitomi, but in the internet i have found both versions. I totally agree with you, Japanese toponyms are a nightmare!
