ili možda se pod "condo" misli na apartman kakav se nudi u privatnim smještajima - dakle zgrada/objekat pun apartmana za izdavanje, gdje dakle čitav objekat ima jednu namjenu, za razliku od stana koji se iznajmljuje u običnoj zgradi gdje će vam susjedi biti obični ljudi koji tu stanuju (a ne turisti poput vas) - uh, jesam se zapetljala.

u svakom slučaju, malo je čudno da se condo nađe na ovakvom spisku, jer condo je zapravo stan u zgradi gdje su svi stanari vlasnici svojih stanova, ali su zajednički vlasnici svih ostalih prostora (haustora, parkinga, igrališta, podruma, itd.)

btw, živo me interesuje kako ćete riješiti ovo "Self Catering"
