neutral  liz askew: The asker said it has nothing to do with stamps...// Seals are NOT stamps, in UK English. Maybe in the USA...

-> health.discovery.com/centers/mens/articles/erectionselftest.html Here is a website that explains the test. The "asker" states that they don´t refer to "postage" stamps, but it definitely refers to stamps. Christmas and Easter seals are not "postage" .

disagree  JaneTranslates: And Easter/Christmas seals come in sheets, not a roll. One buys them to decorate packages or envelopes; money supports medical research.

I have to eat my words (not the stamps)...

Seals never mean "stamps" in UK English, in my experience...

But there does seem to be a Stamp Test (perhaps they come off the penis if the penis becomes erect, who knows, all sounds a bit odd to me)
