Explanation: Ik zie het zo: De leverancier ("manufacturer") verleent kortingen en "chargebacks" (prijsverminderingen voor specifieke leveringen, zie onderstaande definitie). Deze kunnen/moeten in mindering worden gebracht op de verplichtingen die met die specifieke levering samenhangen (dus op de facturen die aan de leverancier moeten worden betaald). Als je dat handmatig aanpakt, loop je de kans dat je de kortingen afboekt op de verkeerde verplichtingen/facturen. (Maar gelukkig is er een software-oplossing waarmee dit probleem tot het verleden behoort - die wordt misschien wel in de volgende zin geïntroduceerd? ;^) Chargeback - This term identifies a way for the Buyer to recover money from the Seller, whether based on previous transactions or on services performed by the Seller and for which the Buyer has agreed to assume responsibility.
