Like the rest of the (trademark) collection, pricing will appeal to the high volume end of the promotional market.

high end c'est le haut de gamme mais ici on parle des débouchés sur le marché? Suis-je sur une mauvais piste? Que proposeriez-vous?

A défaut d'avoir trouvé L'expression typiquement française,
et pour exprimer clairement l'idée originale,
je traduirais de cette manière.

On parle effectivement de "marché promotionnel" -
Toutefois (et après vérification sur Google) ce sont bien les acteurs qui tirent les ficelles ici in France si bien que le marché s'efface devant leur suprématie.. (il est tard mais je me comprends).

Simple question de (re)formulation, on parle plus volontiers de grossistes ou ici de "grands" distributeurs (high volume END) qui, parcequ'ils achètent en grande quantité
(et réalisent donc d'importantes économies d'échelle - des logisticiens?)
sont, à proprement parlé, les véritables acteurs du marché promotionnel et donc les cibles visées, susceptibles de tirer le meilleur profit de cette offre.

En gros, le marché promotionnel n'est pas réellement considéré, en France, comme un marché à part entière.
Ce sont les acteurs du marché les plus habiles qui font que ce marché en est Un.
Business is business.

C'est mon interprétation.
A mon avis, il est nécessaire d'expliciter à la française.
