O termo aparentemente é simples: rendimentos lucrativos, ou positivos. Mas as operações aritméticas parecem sugerir um fenômeno contábil mais preciso e adequado à tecnica (e ciência) do balanço. (Rz 284)

Asker: Relativamente ao contexto ofertado não caberia a expressão "obtidos com a realização de lucros".Com efeito, "realização de lucros" faria confusão com venda de ativos, do que não se trata.
