Si me dices que es sólo para España, propondría senderismo u otras alternativas similares, pero creo que para un público más amplio, trekking como referencia a la aventura funciona mejor. Consulté el término trekking en Argentina, México y Perú, como muestra, y encontré miles de resultados, por lo que supongo que este término se puede entender ampliamente.

Entiendo que el problema consiste en dar con un término que haga entender que se realiza caminando.

Otra posibilidad, algo más enrevesada sería:

"rutas de aventura a pie". :O) :O)

No es literal pero creo que es la idea. Lo que yo entiendo es que este operador turístico puede organizar cualquier cosa desde.... hasta turismo aventura, es decir, para todos los gustos. El turismo aventura está muy de moda por acá y el término está ampliamentne difundido, no sé si será lo mismo en España pero, por lo que veo en la web, también lo usan. Incluye no sólo caminatas y alpinismo sino también actividades como rafting y otras.

this translation is a bit more wordy but I think it more clearly reflects the meaning you seek and would be more easily understood by any spanish speaker. Depending on the context you could use "paseos" instead of "caminatas" if the context refers to general tours and not only to hiking tours specifically.
