English term or phrase: due date
Dear all,
I am translating an "Annual Review Form" for an employee from English to Polish. At the first page, there is a section called: "Review information". Then I have:
* Originator - [followed by the name of the employee being reviewed"
* Review Period: 01/01/2007 - 31/12/2007
* Due date: 31/01/2008

What can "Due date" mean in the following context? Judging from the context it cannot have a financial meaning, can it? I'd appreciate any help.
