segala upaya yang wajar


Explanation:
The term ‘due care and diligence’ is often used to cover a company from lawsuits. In essence the company here isn’t saying ‘we will definitely pay you’ but rather ‘we will do our best to ensure you get paid’. There is a subtle difference between the two. Therefore I have gone for something which (imho) is closer to the intent of the company.
