其它词,象行为(behavior)、资格(qualification)

"素质"大概也可以,但好象没有"能力"出现的多些,也没有"能力"直观。

Competency-Based Interview,也有人译为行为面试或资格面试,意思大概是对的,不过行为(behavior)和资格(qualification)都有相应的中文对应词,我觉得不宜采用。
