Endometrial biopsy is a standard clinic procedure whicj involves taking a sample of the womb lining. It is currently performed using a small plastic tube known as a "pipelle". A newer "brush" sampler is now available which may give us more information. We are therefore asking for your consent to use both methods of endometrial sampling - the standard pipelle biopsy plus the newer brush sampler.
