legislação em matéria de publicidade Explanation: Ich frage angesichts dieser offensichtlichen Inländerdiskriminierung bei der Kommission an, inwieweit sie im Werberecht innerhalb der Gemeinschaft Harmonisierungsbedarf sieht und in welchem Maß sie Vorgaben zur Vorbereitung der Harmonisierung veranlasst hat bzw. veranlassen wird. Ferner wird hiermit angefragt, ob die Kommission angesichts dieser den grenzüberschreitenden Wettbewerb behindernden Vorschriften der Zugabeverordnung geeignete Maßnahmen gegen die Bundesrepublik Deutschland ergreifen wird. Atendendo a esta flagrante discriminação nacional, solicita-se à Comissão que informe até que ponto considera haver necessidade de uma harmonização da legislação em matéria de publicidade a nível comunitário e em que medida procedeu ou procederá à definição de normas com vista à preparação dessa harmonização. Além disso, solicita-se à Comissão que informe se tomará medidas apropriadas contra a República Federal da Alemanha em virtude das disposições do decreto sobre os brindes gratuitos que constituem um entrave à concorrência transfronteiras.
