What is a natural English expression to convey 有機的に連携? I have seen "organically" in English in this sense but as far as I know, it is used much less frequently than 有機的に in Japanese.

Explanation:
I do see over 100 seemingly valid hits for "organically link" (and related wordings) on Google, so I think that would be OK. But I understand your point that it's not as common in English as 有機的 is in Japanese. I think "naturally" would work well in this case.

有機体のように多くの部分が集まって一つの全体を構成し、その各部分が密接に結びついて互いに影響を及ぼし合っているさま。
「―な関係」「―に結びつく」

なので、その部分なしでは一つに成り得ないような状態とでもいうのでしょうか。「横糸」だけでは織物が完成しないように、相互に不可欠に携わる状態であること。なので、integrally とか、fundamentally などを思いつきました。intertwined (またはinterwoven)は、横糸に引っ掛けた表現です。
