Romany Explanation: I am not sure what dialect but my guess is that should be one of the Eastern European I think (total guess, romany is not exactly my native language) that is part of a song and the it means something like ; " I had stolen a pendant, from a naive non-gipsy". My translation is based entirely on a far memory of a song I've heard once. This is what I found: baro = great, big or could also mean from gadjo = non gipsy o = definite article me = suffix to form participles tumar = Turkoman pendant (not sure of this one) -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2002-06-13 06:53:37 (GMT) -------------------------------------------------- There are some Romany>German dictionaries online .
