Law/Patents - Medical (general) / Medical Study Agreement
Spanish term or phrase: Antecedentes
I want to post this question again, given that I don't feel satisfied with what I have seen previously suggested.

This text is a medical study agreement, and like all contracts has the subheading "Reunidos" and then the
next subheading is "Antecedentes."
What is commonly used in English contracts for this subheading? Can I use "Preliminaries," since the points that follow not only list previous agreements but also state stipulations for this current agreement.

Thank you for your suggestions.
