я не понимаю, о каком праве тут может идти речь, чтобы его в случае нарушения договора надо было признавать — и какое положение может быть нарушено. договор — между автором песни и продюсерским центром, речь о передаче авторских прав первым второму. это, конечно, какая-то расхожая формулировка, но у меня пятнадцатый договор за сутки, и я муууу. пожалуйста, подскажите, что за восстановление положения и что за признание права могут здесь подразумеваться — или ткните носом в какую-нибудь стандартную формулировку. но лучше объясните, а то противно переводить без понимания.

I am not in the habit of citing Wikipedia, but the language in the contract seems to come from an older version of the Russian Federation law "On Copyright and Related Rights"
