Like suezen, I don't feel at all comfortable with "cold evaluation". I also feel that feedback is more appropriate than assessment. You don't really assess a training course do you?

disagree  Olga Layer: Actually, it seems to be the exact opposite of what you are saying. This evaluation is done "quelques mois après" -- i.e., plenty of time to prepare an assessment.
