I am a native Brazilian Portuguese speaker but I have never seen this word before, and I was not able to find it in any Portuguese language dictionary either.
Maybe it is the word "pormenor" misspelled but again it is impossible to be 100% sure without checking the sentence in which it was used.
Anyway, if it really should read "pormenor", "detail" would be a good English equivalent, although "particulars", "particularity" or "circumstances" could be equally acceptable, (again) depending on the context.
