Explanation: Here, although "xian" comes in the second part, the idea is that this person works to complete the job as soon as he/she sees one (in other words, they don't delay finishing their work). The sentence is a little awkward, but the meaning is "yi kandao...jiu xian...". A literal translation does not work as well since one cannot complete a job as soon as they see it, which is why I enclosed "work to" with [ ]. |
