The other options in the Insert dialog box that you did not use are in the Scale section. These options let you SCALE the block to a different size. You can SCALE the block uniformly, or you can distort the block by individually changing its, x,y, or z scale factor. With the Specify On-Screen option unchecked, you can enter specific values in x, y, and z text boxes to stretch the block in any direction.
