The explanations don't sound right to me. Why not Juridisch Lexicon? Minderontvangst is a term used for a shortfall - i.e. getting less than expected. I am not saying that "shortfall" is the right term here. No doubt someone else has a better idea. If you could find the French equivalents it would be easier (at least for me). |
