Normalement, c'est ainsi que l'on traduit "party of the first part" et "party of the second part".

Je pense qu'il est acceptable de mettre une deuxième fois "d'autre part" pour la troisième partie, même si ce n'est pas très joli, je ne vois pas mieux.
