mutui ipotecari Explanation: Ces emprunts obligataires sont représentés par trois types d'instruments : - les obligations foncières émises par le Crédit foncier de France. Le Crédit foncier de France a émis, jusqu'en septembre 1995, des titres affectés qui offrent un privilège sur les prêts distribués, d'après la loi sur les obligations foncières de 1852. L'encours de ces obligations foncières représente 9,5% du montant total des crédits au logement, soit 217 milliards de francs. - les obligations émises par la Caisse de refinancement hypothécaire (CRH) représentent 3,5% du total des encours liés au crédit au logement, soit 78,6 milliards de francs. La CRH est un intervenant indirect, puisqu'elle ne prête pas à des particuliers, mais à des établissements de crédit qui sont ses actionnaires. Elle émet des billets de mobilisation (ou billets hypothécaires) garantis par des créances éligibles au marché hypothécaire.
