"Order confirmation" and "Order affirmative"

English translation: comment

English term or phrase: "Order confirmation" and "Order affirmative"
These terms appear on the list of expressions of an e-commerce site. I have only the list, no context. Is there any difference between these expressions?

The texts have apparently originally been in Dutch, so there may be underlying different Dutch expressions.

Explanation:
I do not recognise the term "order affirmative". It is simply a bad translation.
If you send an order, you get an order acknowledgment (i.e. it has been received and is being processed), followed by confirmation that it will be filled.

Thanks E2efour. I asked the same question on Eng-Dut forum. Somebody guessed on the basis of back-translating to Dutch that "Order confirmation" would refer to normal confirmation of the order by the seller, but "Order affirmative" could refer to the action of the orderer confirming his own order.

"order confirmation" and "order affirmative"
Order confirmation

Explanation:
As far as I know e-commerce sites use "order confirmation" at the last step of buying via internet. affirmative is different and means confirmative and it is close in meaning to confirmation but maybe I can say in jargon confirmation is suitable term for this.
