Stages of the project

Explanation:
Or simply "project stages".

I would avoid the term "intervention": this strikes me as a rather artificial term in English, whereas from what you've said "intervention" is just an umbrella term for the project and the activities involved in the project.

agree  Julie Barber: I'm agreeing for implementation. It does look like it could be the different stages, although déroulement often refers to 'start-up'. If it's an aid agency project intervention can be 'action'

-> thanks Julie ... yes, it depends on what the project is exactly but action could be another option

Action report/action taken

Explanation:
a lot will depend on what the section actually says but they are reporting on how things panned out, doing whatever it was they were doing.

In UK English at least, we would adopt a different approach to the section title

The above are just guesses since I have no idea of the material content of the paragraph but they could point you in the right direction.

What does the para. say?

Development/Progress of the Intervention

Explanation:
Intervention or Project,

but I don't agree that "intervention" is unsuitable in this context. It often gets used in official aid/NGO reports, and may not be exactly synonymous with the whole project.

However, I do agree that it doesn't sound right in other, more general contexts.

neutral  CMJ_Trans (X): intervention seems to have crept into the language through poor or lazy translation - we ought to try to stamp it out, not encourage it// but surely we have SOME responsibility ? We can discourage by not using or go along with trend - our choice

-> Yes, but we aren't the language police! Unfortunately, these terms have already crept into common usage in certain contexts. When this happens, "correct" usage can look incongruous.// Indeed, and we also have to evolve and accept neologisms
