professionals who truly work for you Profis, die zu Ihnen passen Explanation: Etwas frei, aber ich bin der Meinung, wenn einerseits die Profis zum Arbeitgeber passen und andererseits der Arbeitgeber der richtige für den Arbeitnehmer ist -- also neben den fachlichen Qualifikationen auch die Chemie und die Kohle stimmt -- dann ist der Erfolg ja quasi vorprogrammiert...Für mich ist auch implizit drinnen, dass die Beschäftigten dann richtig "ranklotzen" (they will pull their weight for their employer...)... |
