Mit fehlt hier aber ein Objekt zu "institutionell formalisieren". Was soll institutionell formalisiert werden? Allenfalls kann ich die Stelle verstehen als "Um eine institutionelle Formalisierung herbeizuführen" - "pour soutenir la formalisation institutionnelle"

Die Formulierung finde ich gut, ich halte es auch für logisch, "votre retrait" zum objekt von "formaliser" zu machen, auch wenn dieser Bezug im deutschen Text nicht eindeutig ist.
