has been commissioned/has received proxies Explanation: Hi Graziano, I would venture to guess this is an individual manager that makes decisions for a variety of departments, from the context you provide. In English, delega is literally "proxy" but unless you are sure there was actually a legal document signed granting the proxy(ies) to this person, I would suggest using the term commissioned (since it's a CV I think that's sufficient anyway). I would phrase it something like: "Over the years he has been commissioned to influential positions in Administration, Finance, Corporate Contral, Legal, Information Technology and Human Resources.
