■In the event of payments restrictions imposed by the government or other competent body of the LICENSE TERRITORY preventing the transfer from the LICENSE TERRITORY of royalty, fees or other amounts due under this AGREEMENT, payment into a bank in the LICENSE TERRITORY to the credit of LICENSOR (or to two persons or a corporation as trustees of LICENSOR) or such other arrangement as may be agreed upon shall be a good discharge of the LICENSEE's liability towards LICENSOR.

私は上記の"to the credit of"＝「貸方に」と解釈して、"payment into a bank in the LICENSE TERRITORY to the credit of LICENSOR"を「実施許諾地域の銀行にある本件ライセンサー貸し方への振込」としてみましが、どうもしっくりいきません。以上、アドバイスのほどお願い致します。
