Explanation:
Στον ανατοκισμό έχουμε το φαινόμενο να βάζουμε τόκο όχι στο αρχικό κεφάλαιο αλλά στο κεφάλαιο συν τον τόκο προηγούμενων περιόδων, δηλ. 100 το κεφάλαιο, 10 ο τόκος την πρώτη περίοδο, 110 + 10% ο τόκος της δεύτερης περιόδου = 121, 121 + 10% την τρίτη περίοδο κ.ο.κ.
Το ίδιο είναι το compounded rate of growth, δηλ. 100 η παραγωγή + 3% στο πρώτο έτος μέτρησης, 103 + 3% στο δεύτερο έτος μέτρησης κ.ο.κ.
Αυτό συνήθως το λέμε "από έτος σε έτος". Δεν ξέρω να χρησιμοποιείται κάποιο ικανοποιητικό επίθετο (αθροιστικός, αθροιζόμενος, σύνθετος).

και θεωρώ ικανοποιητικό τον όρο για το κείμενο:
αυξάνεται με ετήσιο σύνθετο ρυθμό της τάξης του 3%
(ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ: όχι "ποσοστό", γιατί το percentage δεν είναι σύνθετο)
