I'm a bit confused with the sentence between "". I don't know how to translate it.

None of the terms of this agreement may be waived or modified except as expressly in writing agreed to by all parties.

The failure or omission (intentional or otherwise) of either party to "insist upon, enforce, or demand strict performance of any terms or provisions of this agreement shall not be deemed a waiver " of such terms or provisions unless the waiver shall be in writing and signed by the waiving party.
