Explanation:
Is what I've always paid in the UK.

Building = building's structure, content = anything inside.

I don't believe the distinction between "hem" and "villahem" exists in the UK. (I've lived in flats, terraces and semis, but no detached houses).

Rent - you pay content, own - you pay both.
