Chibe Explanation: Can't confirm 100% (as I guess it's always possible there's more than one reading), but I would agree with you. I couldn't find 千部 specifically in P.G.O'Neills, but it did have 千子部 as a surname, which it glosses as either Chiikobe, Chiisabe or Chiisakobe (who knew?)
