insurmountableness; insuperableness

Explanation:

Note that there is a difference in meaning between insurmountability and insurmountableness, the latter being more correct for your purpose, from the etymological perspective and the literal meaning of the Chinese form
See:

The same for insuperability and insuperableness.

According to the description you gave here, I guess it should be used for IT technology, in this way, impassability or impassable is more likely than insurmountableness; insuperableness , since these two words are used to describe 不可克服的, 难以逾越的
insurmountable difficulty 不可克服的困难.
Just for your reference. Good luck!

实现路径 = implementation path

Explanation:

Sorry, did not notice the sentence in which the term was used.

If so, the -ness and -bility forms are equally acceptable, the latter being more commonly familiar to readers.

Where applied to IT implementation, and using "path" to describe the process, then it is no longer a question of "passability" or even surmountability, but of "FEASIBILITY".

So, re-translated, it becomes: "The INFEASIBILITY of implementation [path]." The word 'path' can be omitted, without affecting the meaning of the message intended.

不可逾越性(不容易被他人模仿)
insurmountably secure against imitation

Explanation:
billychang (asker): 我看這裡是說-实现路径(名词)並不容易被他人模仿(因為它是不可逾越的。

If so, and in the context given above, something along the line of:
"The implementation path is insurmountably secure against imitation [or duplication] [or reverse engineering]."

To do a good, even merely correct, job of translation, it is clear that the context, preferably the intent as well, of the item to be translated must be made very clear.

One can simply assume the most likely context, but that may not be the correct context, as the above illustrates.

To help translators do a better job, it is important that as much contextual details and purposes relating to said context be given.

Otherwise, not only the translation effort may go in the wrong direction, but also the meaning and result may be quite different from what what were originally intended.

indispensibility

Explanation:
Without further context for the question at hand, "indispensible" for 不可逾越 is the idiomatic way this would be said for the following: 我国经济发展不可逾越的阶段. 逾越 has the sense of "getting over" or "spanning" in many contexts. Although there are many words that express the idea, the noun form for many of them is not idiomatic or normal usage. In above context, "insurmountable" would not be right at all. A "stage" cannot normally be insurmountable." Again, wider context will determine the correction translation.
