Now we all know that "accidia" is " sloth" but...here !?

Il ristorante in questione si trova in Basilicata. Come in Puglia e in Calabria il termine dialettale per "sedano" è " acce", "acciu", "accio", "accia" (confermato da una guida Slow Food del 2006).

Che l'accidia sia proprio il sedano ?

La mia conoscenza dei dialetti forse mi ha portato sulla strada giusta...forse
