English term or phrase: home-maker
"If you are a strong home-maker - common to many 6s - you'll have to accept that a happy home with a 9 requires a back door left unlatched for your lover to wander in when they have finished wandering elsewere."

Come rendere quel 'home-maker'? Non posso certo scrivere 'costruttore'!!!

Grazie!

Ps: Leonardo, noi siamo due 9 (1 + 8 = 9)... qui non è che ne parlano proprio bene! Ma noi facciamo sicuramente eccezione! :o)

casalinga(o)

Explanation:
Ciao Maura,

Home-maker in English is usually used as a less "offensive" term for housewife, therefore you may want to consider also using something a bit more modern than "casalinga" in Italian (although I don't know what to suggest to you.

Obviously, you also have the problem of what to do if this text is meant for both men and women.

Perhaps something like:

qualcuno a cui piace curare la casa

or similar could work?
