cash in
Explanation:
Dear Lars-Erik, The word inkasim is not albanian in the first place. Is it a version of the italian word incassare - cash in/collect money/receive money. I hope this helps. Attached is the link to the KEK - Koporta Energjitike e Kosovës. It might be useful for future reference. Regards Elvana

Thanks a lot to you and to all the members who helped to explain. Too bad it isn't possible to distribute the points to several answers. I used your answers to make a Swedish phrase that says "cashier for customer payments" (=money in), since there might be another cashier paying the salaries and other money out. Regarding the loanword, I don't mind. My language, Swedish, has the same, "inkassera" for Italian "incassare".

agree  Ledja: A sound explanation. More to the point, "arketar" already fills the position of someone who deals with the cashing in, so, honestly, "inkasimi" besides Italian, is also an unnecessary addition.

neutral  Fabiana Papastefani-Pezzoni: Cash inflow, sipas Fjalorit Enciklopedik për Bankën, Biznesin, Ekonominë të Ilir Hotit. "Inkasim", siç thotë Elvana vjen nga italishtja, si folje, e në shqip është derdhje/arkëtim. Si emër, Arkëtar, në anglisht më shumë thuhet Collections Officer.

As far as the function "arkëtar inkasimi" is concerned you should consider the possibility of translating it by "account collector" or simply by "collector" as described here: http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos143.htm

neutral  Ledja: I am afraid anything to do with collector/collecting will imply debt collectors at some level - account collector: http://www.chesterfield.gov/HumanResourcesManagement/ClassSp...

-> just have a look at an Italian>English dictionary: incasso=collection, somma incassata=amount collected. I haven't mentioned any "officer" in my posting.
