In una ricetta per dolci trovo: witte chocolade-ijstaart met in xxx dessertwijn "gewelde" pruimen. Cosa significa esattamente il termine in questo contesto ? Non credo "innaffiate", o "affogate". Grz !

Sono prugne messe a bagno per farle rinvenire (si tratta dunque di prugne secche). Direi che si chiamano allora "prugne rinvenute".

Sono prugne messe a bagno per farle rinvenire (si tratta dunque di prugne secche). Direi che si chiamano allora "prugne rinvenute".

  -> Sì, è possibile anche questa soluzione, però ho visto più riscontri in Google per "rinvenute". Scegli pure tu Simo, secondo me vanno bene tutte due le soluzioni.
