This is the TITLE of a recipe; I am having problem
to understand what "Crab_Conscious" suppose to mean? And I know the meaing of Caper, but the name is too long to fit into a Recipe Title!

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

carbohydrate when broken down to simplest form is glucose (sugar). if you find the suggested term too long, you can also use low-sugar 低糖, but it's a little bit far from the original word and low-sugar tend to attract diabetes patients rather than dieters.
