Hello. I'm translating a description of a Coffee roasting company and I have the following sentence:

The company is the largest independent roaster in the UK and operates principally in the roast and ground foodservice market with more than 70% of our business being espresso.

I really find very few instances of "ground foodservice" references in Internet and I can't find what it means.

Can you give me a hand?
