The rule of thumb it is that an Appendix, Annex or Schedule is an attachment to the main body of the document (e.g. Appendix I, Annex I, Schedule 1, etc.) and always on a separate page. Can someone please explain to me grammatically why in English we say Appendix to …. and in Spanish, if indeed correct, it is Apéndice del Contrato o Anexo del Contrato ….? Can someone provide me with tangible evidence, i.e. RAE or other indicating that AL is wrong? In Spanish isn’t to – a; and from – de? |
