no donut for you
without any context...

Explanation:
I'd take it to mean "you are not going to be rewarded", "you haven't earned any reward"

Bad, bad server is a play on "bad, bad dog".
So, now with the context I stand with my interpretation:

Bad, bad <donut/server/dog/translator>, no reward (donut/ bisquit/ bone/project) for you!

It was supposed to be "cookie" rather than "bisquit". Unlike dogs, servers don't eat bisquits. But boy, do they love cookies!

the server you're trying to connect to has acted in such a bad way... he gets no treats.

Explanation:

Martin,

It's just a "funny" way to "blame" the server for not working, when it should be its owners who should take responsability and apologize.

Kind of when you find yourself with the The "404" or "Not Found" error message. A pain in the neck.

It's another way of saying "We're sorry, but it's not our fault. It's our naughty server who did it.

no donut for you
No space in memory of (server?)

Explanation:
donat in computer literature is very archaic word and it is obsolote now...

suppose that; you are trying to access a server and it is unable to accept your request due to low space, maybe maximum connection or maximum bandwidth reached , so it csannot accept new connection request and says there is no more room so cannot connect to it and generic message says in a funny way "no donut for you" this is a generic and old message probably in an old server type..
