Is such usage correct ?

Also, does the sentence in general sound natural in English ?

NO, you can't! It sounds really unnatural, but you can use your suggested wording with just a tiny change to the word order. However, I would still recommend changing it a little further, as I've suggested above:

or

it is easiest to install programs
