Why XXX does not run on my phone?

XXX is implemented as a Java MIDlet program and there are two basic requirements for the phone:

* a minimum screen size of 100x80 pixels;
* Java MIDP 2.0 support.

Selected answer:minimum screen resolution
Explanation:
Screen resolution is also a common term, sometimes better. Size might not mean that much, as installed firmware or Operating system can configure the screen to various sizes. This is the case with most computers... So I would put it:
* minimum screen resolution: 100x80 pixels;
* Java MIDP 2.0 support.

Yes, it applies to phones and other screen devices.

More to "size" and "resolution" - the question was "is this correct usage?" so perhaps I should have answered it that way. No, I don;t think it is correct usage. Author of the original document should have used "resolution" as it is better defined in pixels - size of an individual pixel and the number of pixels then determine the size of the screen.

agree  Cagdas Karatas: if it were about the size of a mobile screen, shouldn't it be defined in mm or inches?

  -> Thank you. Size can be in pixels, too, but then size of a pixel needs to be defined - see added note.
